Our staff will carefully check each order we receive - and then contact you to confirm the order.
When we contact you, we will:
- Confirm that you placed the order
- Confirm that the order is correct (quantity and size of plants, colors, pot covers & bows)
- Confirm delivery dates
- Confirm the final price, including delivery and tax
If you do not hear from Plantscapes within two (2) working days, you should assume that your order went astray.
Unfortunately, if an internet order is lost, we never know. Therefore, we ask that you contact Plantscapes to ensure that your order will be filled correctly and on time. We regret that this burden falls to you - but there is simply no way for Plantscapes to know that we did not receive your order.
Remember - in almost every case, we will contact you within two working days to confirm your order. You only need to call us if we do not call or fax you.
